About Dee Dee
I am a respiratory care practitioner who began struggling with excess body fat in my early 30’s. I covered several miles a day walking the halls of hospitals, yet I was still the same size. I tried many diets.

I once ate a huge, powdery, luscious, crème filled donut while reading the South Beach Diet….TRUE STORY!

I was on Atkins, Weight Watchers, and Medifast. I would lose weight, and gain it all back again. On Keto, I lost lean body mass, and put my health at great risk in the process.
